Dreams are a reflection of our innermost thoughts and feelings. They are a way for our subconscious to process the events of our lives and help us to make sense of them. Dreams can be pleasant or disturbing, but they are always meaningful. If you remember your dreams, it means that you are attuned to your own innermost thoughts and feelings.

There is no one answer to this question as everyone experiences and interprets dreams differently. Some people believe that dreaming is a way for our subconscious mind to process information and sort through memories, while others see dreams as a way to gain insight into our true desires or fears. Some people only remember Dreams occasionally, while others seem to remember them every night. There is no wrong or right answer, as each person’s interpretation is unique to them.

Why can I remember my dreams so vividly?

There are a few factors that may contribute to vivid dreaming. One is fragmented sleep; since vivid dreams tend to occur during REM sleep, waking up during or right after REM sleep increases the chances that you will remember your dream more vividly. Another is sleep deprivation; a study found that participants deprived of REM sleep were more likely to report having vivid dreams.

Belicki (3) found that people who are woken up in the REM sleep phase remember their dreams 80% of the time. However, young adults only remember their dreams upon waking once or twice a week in clinical practice.
