Are you tired of forgetting your dreams? If you are, then you are not alone. Many people forget their dreams within seconds of waking up. However, there are a few things you can do to increase your chances of remembering your dreams.<\/p>\n

One method is to keep a dream journal by your bed. As soon as you wake up, write down what you can remember about your dream. If you can’t remember anything, try to at least write down any images or words that stand out in your mind.<\/p>\n

Another method is to try and relax before you go to sleep. This can be done by reading or taking a bath. Try to clear your mind of any thoughts before you go to bed. This will help you focus on your dreams once you fall asleep.<\/p>\n

Finally, don’t forget to set your alarm for a few hours after you go to bed. This will give you time to sleep deeply and have more vivid dreams. When you wake up, try to recall what you dreamt about.<\/p>\n
