Dreams actually look like anything that you can imagine because they are created by your own mind. They are often based on your current thoughts, fears, and desires. Dreams can be vivid and realistic, or they can be strange and surreal.

We don’t know what dreams look like because we can’t see them. Dreams are unconscious mental activity that happens during sleep.

Do we see our face in dreams?

There is some scientific evidence to support the idea that we see real faces of real people in our dreams. A study published in the Journal of dream research in 2008 found that people were more likely to recognize the faces of people they knew in their dreams than the faces of strangers. The study participants also rated the faces in their dreams as more familiar than the faces of strangers.

There are several possible explanations for why we might see familiar faces in our dreams. One possibility is that our brain is simply drawing on its vast store of memories of faces to create dream characters. Another possibility is that we are actually seeing the faces of real people, either people we know or people we have seen but don’t know. It’s also possible that we are seeing the faces of people we once knew but don’t remember.
