y Dreaming is often seen as a mental escape, where we can go to a place that is free from the anxieties of our everyday lives. For some people, dreaming can be a way to process difficult emotions or work through personal issues. However, sometimes our dreams can be anxious or upsetting.

If you have ever had a nightmare, you know how unpleasant they can be. Fortunately, there are ways to control your dreams and make them more positive.

1. Keep a dream journal. Every morning when you wake up, write down what you can remember from the night before. Over time, you’ll start to see patterns and themes in your dreams.

2. Try lucid dreaming. This is where you become aware that you’re dreaming and can take control of the dream. It takes practice, but it can be done!
